AMS has a freelance pool of over 1,000 translation and localization professional talents who are both time- and project-tested. All linguists must be native speakers of the target languages with at least three years experience in their expertise fields. They hold bachelor or above degrees in technical translation, linguistics, computational linguistics or relevant fields. All of them pass a three-part test before they are allowed to work with AMS:

All translators and translation teams, whether in-house or freelance, utilize CAT tools, execute non-disclosure agreements, and perform work in accordance with AMS’ quality assurance procedures and security policies.
